Packet 2: Jaggary, Coconut and Poppy seeds
Millet Kheer Directions To Make:
Step 1: Rinse the millet from packet 1 in water for 2 –3 times and soak them in 2 cups of warm water for 6-8 hours.
Step 2: After 8 hours of soaking, cook millet like rice with sufficient water for 30 minutes.
Step 3: After cooked rice becomes fluffy and smooth, add packet 2 and stir the mixture. Add water if required to get kheer consistency.
Step 4: Additional items can be added as per your taste like dry fruits, flavors like cardamom bhimseni kapur etc., and serve hot.
