Returns & Replacements
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The request for return must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Items that are damaged, tampered with, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for a return or replacement.
- Certain products, such as personal care items and consumables, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Return Process

- Approval & Pickup – Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide details on how to return the product.
- Inspection & Refund – After receiving the product, our team will inspect it. If it meets our return conditions, a replacement or refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued only after successful inspection of the returned item.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
