Returns & Replacements

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The request for return must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Items that are damaged, tampered with, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for a return or replacement.
• Certain products, such as personal care items and consumables, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Process

2. Approval & Pickup – Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide details on how to return the product.
3. Inspection & Refund – After receiving the product, our team will inspect it. If it meets our return conditions, a replacement or refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be issued only after successful inspection of the returned item.
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
• Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
