COMPOSITION The Churn contains a mixture of the fruit of Harad (Terminalia chebula), Baheda (Terminalia belerica), Amla (Emblica Officinalis), Kali Mirch (Piper Nigrum), Pipul (Piper Longum), Saunf (Foeniculum Vulgare), Choti Ilayachi (Elettaria Cardamomum), roots of the Nishoth (Operculina turpethum) & Mulethi (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Saindhava Lavana (Rock Salt), Sauvarchala Lavana (Black Salt), Sonth (Zingiber Officinale), Suhaga (Tankana/Borax), Gulab (Rosa Centifolia) flower, and Sanaya (Cassia angustifolia) leaf in powdered form.
